I've been meaning to make something like this for a while, I've just been too lazy to do it.
I get bitched and barked at for being against 'emo' people and 'scene' people yet having friends who-- and technically myself-- suffer from depression. Here's the difference between my friends and wannabe-goths;;
We don't wear sadness around our necks and act like it's something to be proud of.
Let me tell you, that depression and being depressed is not fun, it is not pleasant, and I certainly don't want it to define me. I don't sulk around with a 'woe-is-me' attitude, nor do I respond in every about-me profile that I suffer from this. Because it isn't an accessory and I don't want it to do shine too much.
Depression causes pain. Not popularity, not respect, not sympathy. It causes pain.
'Emo' people and 'scene' kids annoy the hell out of me because they treat this condition like it's something to show off. They don't know what the fuck they're talking about.
Thus, something unsuspected happens to their pierced faces in the middle of the night. THE, UH, TEMPLATE. THE TEMPLATE BELONGS TO FOXXIE-CHAN, GIVE IT SOME LOVE. 8U
The animation, was forty frames. This was the second stamp I've made and the second time I stayed up at night doing one. And I have to go to my friend's church in the morning even though I'm not in their religion...at all. >.< Goodnight.
scene kids don't really pretend to be depressed one of my best friends is scene and she does not pretend to be depressed at all I am also scene and I do not pretend to be depressed either
Wow it's just sad that anyone would do something like that! Depression is a horrible thing to have and people like that make it hard for people to take the people who need real help seriously (Forgive any spelling mistakes XP)
one of my best friends is scene and she does not pretend to be depressed at all
I am also scene and I do not pretend to be depressed either
ugh..She fakes cutting, rape, child abuse, and now she's faking suicide...
*hand. staple. forehead*
But most people who don't hide them, yeah, usually I see them bragging about it.
